Today we celebrate Christ’s resurrection, the pivotal event in human history, the “day the revolution began,” as N.T. Wright put it. We ring bells, we shout for joy, we baptize people into Christ’s church. The Easter sermon is a reading the Paschal Homily of St. John Chrysostom.
